The Board of Directors of Silk Bank has appointed Zubair Nawaz Chattha as Director of the Bank in place of Azmat Shahzad Ahmed Tarin who has resigned from the position of an elected director of the bank. According to a material information sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange, Azmat Shahzad Ahmed Tarin, President and CEO of the Bank, will continue to be on the board a deemed Director of the Bank as per section 200(2) of the Companies Ordinance 1984.
